Wow! What a first day.

Here is the team Saturday morning before we left for Kentucky. From left; Chris, Henry, Gayle, Matt, Cheryl, Dave, Tom R, David, Christa, Tom K.
Matt & Dave insulating the ceiling in a room addition where we worked today.
Matt stapling the insulation in the walls.
Who is that masked man??? He is smiling under that mask...aren't you Dave?
Here we are outside the settlement.
Dave carrying the donated sinks we brought up to the "thrift store". Christa worked for a few hours today sorting & hanging clothing in the Thrift Store then went to the office and sorted Labels for Education. She worked with some nice ladies from Ohio.
Here is Christa in the doorway of the old school house on the settlement.
David's crew put up drywall today over paneling once he removed the baseboard.
Tom R & David carrying in their drywall. We split up into 2 teams today only a few miles away from each other. David's job was a remodel and Chris' (my) job was a new construction room addition.
Tom K. using the sawzall....for an Electric job??? Guess that is why Tom R. is in the background laughing !

Gayle was the Insulation Queen today....well done Gayle !
Henry doing his thing...Electric....right after he's done drilling holes for the wire.
It took all 4 of us to figure out that our drywall lift was broken & would not work. Matt & Henry hoisted it up by hand & held it to the ceiling while Dave & I "screwed it up." It was a very good work day for both crews. I even let my crew come back before supper to get showers from that itchy insulation....what does that say about our work day?
